Inquiry and confirmation

Submitting the form does not create a confirmed booking. A reservation is confirmed only after we reply by email and both sides agree on the dates, price and payment terms.

Prices and fees

Prices shown on the website are indicative and may depend on dates, minimum stay rules and seasonal availability. Cleaning fee, tourist tax and registration fees may apply as shown in the inquiry summary or later confirmation email.

Check-in and house rules

Check-in is generally from 15:00 to 22:00 and check-out is until 10:00, unless agreed differently in writing. Guests are expected to respect quiet hours, campsite rules, the property and neighbouring guests.

Cancellations

Cancellation terms are agreed during booking confirmation. If a booking is made through a third-party platform, that platform's cancellation terms may apply.
